How do we create your web site?
Where possible we arrange a meeting to establish the goals of the web site and arrange the following details:
 Choice of either designing your web site from scratch or customising one of a range of standard web templates to your needs;
Discuss your current marketing campaign, sales brouchurs etc. and decide on the basic structure of the web site and the quantity of pages required;
Provide a detailed written quotation listing all the web site requirements;
Design your web site using the logos and images from your marketing brouchers to provide your clients with a consistent look and feel;
You supply us with the textual content for the various pages preferably in an electronic form, e.g text file or a word processing format;
On completion, we will upload the site on to our servers allowing you to view and test the site for final approval;
Once we have your approval of the site, we will arrange for the site to be uploaded to your own ISP, or alternativley, we can arrange for your site to be hosted by our Internet partner Gvon.com;
Gvon.com will provide you with your own domainname, unlimited email account and web space on an extremely secure and reliable Solaris based server giving your site the 24/7 exposure you require all from GBP12.50 per month.
Ownership
Once you have approved the finished product, your site is published and all invoices have been cleared, we will provide you with a CD-ROM with all the web sites files, images, style sheets etc. giving you full ownership of the finished product.
Site updates
Any errors discovered on your site within the first year will be fixed free of charge. Content updates can be arranged either as an annual support contract or as an individual chargeable service. Of course, now you own your own site, you are entitled to update the content yourselves.
