Course Overview
The Solaris for Experienced UNIX Administrators course is designed for existing experienced UNIX administrators who require to administer a Solaris based system. The delegate will build on their existing UNIX knowledge and learn how to install Solaris, administer & setup NFS DNS & NIS, configure disc devices & Solaris Volume Manager and configure a Jumpstart and Flash install server.
Who should attend
System administrators who have had experience of one or more of the many UNIX variations, including HP-UX, AIX, & Linux. Delegates with no UNIX experience will not be offered a place on this course.
